Once you're in agreement, your architect will create a set of plans. It is not uncommon for your Contractor to assist you with a rough draft concept to bring into your architect. Once you have a preliminary outline, talk to us about how we can help bring your design dream to life. We'll give you thorough feedback on the cost implications and construction limitations, if any, on your initial draft design. We can also coordinate directly with your architect to assist with changes to your design.

When final drawings have been received, we'll create a detailed estimate for the entire project; including all costs, a detailed timeline and a payment schedule . Our goal is to produce an estimate which meets your design, delivery and budgetary goals. If you'd like to break the project up into phases, that's fine too! Once permits are in place work begins. We'll keep you updated throughout the project from day we begin until the project is completed. We will delegate all inspections and strive to make this process easy for you.
