Coastal was recommended to the Feinblatts, of Hayground Cove Road in Watermill. We are in the process of providing built in cabinetry and desks for the interior. We will also gut and renovate the master bathroom. In addition we will be designing and constructing a new front porch, new poolhouse and outdoor kitchen with bluestone decks and walkways.

We broke ground on a 5000 square foot spec house in Watermill last month and are working with Caliworks Architects of Bridgehampton on this project. One, of possibly, four homes to be constructed on this property. This Modern Barn style home will be complete with a tennis court and pool, and will be on the market soon!
